Attached below are the documents created for the testing.
To learn more about the tester and they're demographic (for later data comparison), I asked the testers to tell me some basic information about themselves and their computer skill level in a pre-test questionnaire. This will help us later evaluate their performance with the scenario test.
The test booklet outlines the simple scenarios of the test and most importantly, reinforces that it is not THEM we are testing but the SOFTWARE and all of the feedback is helpful.
In a post-test questionnaire, we really want to find out about their experience during the test, what they thought, how they felt, and if they have any comments (good or bad) that we can evaluate going forward
